Privacy policy

What we collect

Account information (name, email, phone), billing details, the data you put into SaasCRM (customers, leads, invoices, products, conversations, etc.), and standard technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps).

How we use it

To provide the Service, to send important notifications about your account or our terms, to prevent abuse, and — only with your explicit consent — to send product updates and tips.

Who we share with

We use a small number of vetted sub-processors — payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree) to process payments, and a cloud hosting provider (Hetzner / DigitalOcean) to host your data. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.

Where data is stored

Tenant data is stored in India (Bengaluru region) by default. We do not transfer your data outside India without your explicit opt-in.

Your rights

You can export all your data at any time, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and withdraw consent for marketing communications. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is logged. We run annual third-party security audits. We will notify you of any confirmed breach within 72 hours.
