Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By creating a workspace or accessing the SaasCRM platform ("Service") operated by SaasCRM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring your email is accurate. Notify us within 24 hours of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass any person, host illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer any part of it.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload. We use it only to provide the Service, never to train third-party models. You can export all your data at any time, and we delete it within 30 days of account closure.

5. Payments & refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by Indian consumer law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. We're not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Termination

You can cancel anytime from your workspace settings. We may suspend access for breach of these terms, with prior notice where possible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
